1. All employees shall establish and adhere to the quality assurance system to achive the quality objectives.

 

2. Each department or team develops and implements a management plan for achieving quality objectives.

 

3. It is the CEO's responsibility to delegate the quality assurance system to the agent and not to determine it.

 

4. Ensure that the quality assurance system required for job performance is performed correctly by educating staff members.
